THE $20 BEACON SETUP FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
FIRST 30 DAYS: A Customer/Associate can return their products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less S/H, $20 setup fee and any commissions paid to you. If you are within your first 30 days, upon Lootlash receiving the products in un-opened and good sellable condition, and requesting a refund, a 100% of purchase price less S/H refund will be issued to the debit/credit card used to make the purchase if you have asked for a refund. If the product has been opened or used, an 80% of purchase price refund will be given less S/H if you requested a refund.
After the initial 30 days NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. Any payments made outside of our online merchant account (ie. money order, cashiers check, etc…) are considered non-refundable and no refund will be given for such payments. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be given to the Customer/Associate before returning any products. To get the RMA, send a Support Ticket. At that time, an RMA will be given along with instructions on how to ship back the products.
ALL REFUNDS MUST BE REQUESTED VIA SUPPORT TICKET. IF YOU DON’T ASK FOR A REFUND, ONE WILL NOT BE GIVEN.
Our above Refund Policy takes affect beginning the day it’s ordered.
All returns must be shipped to Lootlash pre-paid, as Lootlash does not accept shipping collect packages Lootlash recommends shipping returned product via UPS or FedEx with tracking and insurance, as risk of loss or damage in shipping of the returned product shall be borne solely by the Customer or Associate. If returned product is not received at the Lootlash Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Customer or Associate to trace the shipment, and no credit/refund will be applied.
The return of $500 or more of products accompanied by a request for a refund within a calendar year, by an Associate, may constitute grounds for involuntary termination.
- Shipping costs associated with returning products are the responsibility of the Customer/Associate returning the products. Any commissions and bonuses earned on the returned products will be deducted from the refund amount on all return transactions. Returned products may impact bonuses and commissions paid to the upline/sponsor. Associate must be in good standing.
We do not offer an exchange policy. For this reason, please be sure you are ordering the correct product you want.
BEACON PRODUCT WARRANTY
Each beacon comes with a LIFETIME Warranty even if you damage it. You must pay the Activation fee for each unit and shipping. Please send a Support Ticket to get more information on returning your damaged, broken or lost unit.
